3. Mobile Application Permissions

  • Biometric Authentication (Fingerprint/Face ID): Used to securely unlock the app. Biometric data is processed locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers.
  • Camera: Used to capture images for attaching to invoices or documents. Photos are only used when you explicitly initiate an upload action.
  • Storage / File Access: Used to read and save files such as PDF invoices and uploaded documents on your device.
  • Notifications: Used to send you alerts about invoice updates, payment reminders, and important app events. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
  • Internet Access: Required to sync data with the IntegrateTax servers and to authenticate your account.
  • Google Sign-In: Used as an optional authentication method. Only your Google account name and email address are accessed; no other Google account data is read or stored.

4. Local Data Storage on Your Device

The Integrate Tax mobile app stores certain data locally on your device using an encrypted SQLite database. This includes:

  • Sales and purchase invoice records
  • Product and party (customer/supplier) information
  • User preferences and app settings
  • Cached data for offline access

This locally stored data remains on your device and is used to allow the app to function offline. You can clear this data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app data from your device settings.

5. Disclosure of Data

We may disclose your personal data in the following situations:

  • Service Providers: To third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our service
  • Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition
